#WestReads
Have you been able to find time to read? One of the ways you can practice self-care during these strange times is to create a structure and a schedule for yourself. Personally, I find that reading for 30 minutes before I go to bed each night helps me to slow my brain down, quiet any anxieties I am feeling and helps me feel better in the long run. Plus it helps me accomplish my reading goals!
I just finished Daring Greatly by Brene Brown and absolutely loved it. Find reviews of this book and more on Goodreads, and while you are there, send me a friend request! I'd love to connect with you and share books!
Do you have a book that you've loved? Add it to our #WestReads padlet and check out what others in our community have recommended.
Do you need a way to find new books? Check out the New Resources section below, where you can sign up for library cards for both Chester County and Philadelphia, and get some great audiobooks weekly for free.
