Teacher Feature 🎨
Today we're featuring the shining Shawn Enright, our Hemlock Virtual teacher here at Hemlock Public School District.
We wanted you to get to know Ms. Enright a little better, so here are some fun facts about her:
• The song she could listen to on repeat is All Too Well by Taylor Swift.
• If she won the lottery and decided to give up teaching, she'd do lots of traveling, lots of volunteering, and spend lots of time with loved ones.
• She believes her students will remember her as someone who had high expectations and was strict, but that she pushed them to be their best.
• A quote she lives her life by is "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better!" by Maya Angelou
• Her favorite subject in school was Psychology.
We’re so grateful to have you in our Huskie Pack, Ms. Enright!

Food Service🍎
We are thrilled to announce that thanks to the Michigan School Meals Program, EVERY child at Hemlock Public School District, pre-K through 12th grade, will now be able to enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast and lunch for FREE!
Not only will this amazing program lighten the load on your wallet (we all know kids can eat their way through a pantry), but it'll save you precious time in the morning.
Now, here's the nitty-gritty: Although the meals are free, we do need all our parents to fill out the new free/reduced lunch application. This data is super important as it helps secure state and federal funding for this fantastic initiative.
Here's to full bellies, vibrant minds, and the #huskietastic school year ahead!
