At the beginning of the year, we encountered some technical difficulties with Edgenuity, and we used grade curving calculation to support students grades in Quarter 1. We would like to address these concerns to ensure a smoother learning experience for everyone.

We are pleased to inform you that, moving forward, there will be no longer a grade curve calculation applied to your assessments and assignments. Instead, our teachers will post the actual grades obtained from Edgenuity, IXL, Progress Learning, and any other relevant learning materials. This change will provide a more accurate reflection of your performance and progress in your courses.

We believe that this adjustment will help to create a more transparent and equitable grading system, allowing you to better track your academic development. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide the best learning environment for our students.

Buenos días y esperamos que su lunes haya comenzado de manera excelente. Al comienzo del año, nos encontramos con algunas dificultades técnicas con Edgenuity y nos gustaría abordar estas preocupaciones para garantizar una experiencia de aprendizaje más fluida para todos.

Nos complace informarles que, a partir de ahora, ya no se aplicará ningún cálculo de curva de calificación a sus evaluaciones y tareas. En su lugar, nuestros profesores publicarán las calificaciones reales obtenidas en Edgenuity, IXL, Progress Learning y cualquier otro material de aprendizaje pertinente. Este cambio proporcionará una reflectión más precisa de su rendimiento y progreso en sus cursos.
