Reminder - Kindergarten Registration is Now Open

Kindergarten registration has begun. If you have an upcoming kindergartener in your family and you have not registered, please contact Laura Fairchild at 214-496-7804 or lfairchild@coppellisd.com. If you know of any new neighborhood families with upcoming kindergarteners, please pass on the information to them. We are excited to meet all of our new TCE Texans!

Our TCE Family STEM Night was a big success. Thank you to all the families that were able to make it out for the event!

Staff Appreciation Week

Our PTO has planned great things for each day of Staff Appreciation Week. We look forward to celebrating our wonderful educators.

A Note from Coach Erickson:

Dear Families,

All learners in 4th and 5th grade have been invited to participate in the 1st Annual Coppell Mile to be held on Saturday May 18, 2019 at Coppell High School (please see Agenda attached). The Fifth grade team for our school will be determined from the pool of students returning their “intent letter”. However, if your child would like to participate in the “Open” competition, they are welcome to attend and represent our school! Fourth graders will only compete in the “Open” competition as there will be no Team competition for them.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know as soon as possible at merickson@coppellisd.com Thanks for your support, and I hope to see you at the “Coppell Mile”!

A Note from Mrs. Keene-Carlson:

Due Friday, May 10: All TCE Library books

The district's final due date for all library books is Friday, May 10th. Please help your child locate any Town Center Elementary library books that they may have checked out, and remind them to return books to our school library no later than Friday, May 10th. All fines for any lost or damaged books are due this same day. Your child can log into their library account at destiny.coppellisd.com and go to the "My Info" tab to make sure that all of their library books have been returned.

Register now for May 11 CEF Run to Fund

Register for the Coppell ISD Education Foundation Run to Fund 5K and 1-mile Fun Run before prices increase on May 4th!

Join us on Saturday, May 11th at Andy Brown Park East for a fun, community event and the largest 5K in Coppell.

All 5K and Fun Run registrations include a race t-shirt, and $2 from every race entry will be contributed to the PE department at the Coppell ISD school of your choice. Proceeds from the Run to Fund support our classroom grant program. Register at http://coppellisdef.com/run-to-fund-2019

Race categories and current pricing:

  • 5K - CISD Student, Staff or Alumni $30

  • 5K - General $35

  • 1-mile Fun Run $25 (Fun Run for ages 5 & under - Free but does not include race t-shirt and registration is required.)
