Fleming Middle School

Dear Fleming Families,

It is hard to believe but we are starting the 4th quarter and heading down the back stretch of a crazy school year. I want to take the time now to give a "BIG" shoutout to the amazing staff at Fleming Middle School and what they have accomplished during this difficult school year. If you have a chance please reach out to your child's teacher and thank them for going above and beyond this year. I would like to thank the Fleming PTO for organizing another successful "Orange" fundraiser which brought in a lot of money for our students. The PTO has purchased paint for school this year along with chromebook carriers for each student. I also want to thank our fantastic students for being flexible and jumping right in with both feet, tackling new challenges, experimenting with different technologies, and offering help to both their classmates and their teachers. Our wonderful Fleming parents have been incredibly supportive, assisting students at home and patiently dealing with technology, assignments and new schedules. The year isn't over and Fleming Middle School will continue to work hard, challenge ourselves and be ready for everything coming our way in the 4th quarter. Please help us by having your child present each day, ready to learn and prepared. This will make a huge difference as we finish up strong. Thank you, all! At times such as these, we find strength and happiness in being part of the amazing community that is FMS.

Each month Fleming teachers recognize two students from each grade level for outstanding work, effort, attitude or all of the above. Congratulations to our March Winners: Jamie Udell, Corbin Rappleyea, Dakota Carrick, Brian Ballard, Arabella Michael and Levi Morton.

Coed Flag Football finished up a great season playing a total of 14 games. Thank you to our returning coaches, Chris Cartwright and Jim Kearney.

Coach CeCe Hansen has our student athletes running Cross Country Monday - Thursday 7:40-8:40 AM

Coach Schrock is on the Volleyball court practicing with the team Monday-Wednesday 1:00-2:30 PM Our first home game is Thursday, April 7th at 4:30.
