The newly formed SHS Ballet Folklórico class and the award winning Mariachi Matador have joined forces for some combined performances. These included a Dieciséis de Septiembre performance at Koennecke Elementary, lunchtime showcases at Seguin High School, and upcoming performances at Ball ECC.
Mariachi Matador recently had fifteen students honored as TMEA (Texas Music Educators Association) All-Region Mariachi members. They will perform in a clinic and concert at Churchill H.S. in San Antonio on December 11 - 12.
