Please join us in congratulating Rachel Perry as our Town Center Teacher of the Year! We were able to surprise her this past Wednesday and even had special visitors that were able to join us virtually: Her parents in Connecticut, a sister in Tenessee, and a sister in Guatemala. Teacher of the Year is awarded each year by a committee made up of TCE staff, parents, and district representatives. They vote on nominations that were submitted by TCE staff. We are excited to celebrate Ms. Perry throughout the year, and she is a great representation of what TCE is all about!

The nomination deadline for the 2nd round of the Coppell Education Foundation's Super Star Program is Monday, December 6th at 5:00 PM. The Program is designed to give parents and CISD staff an opportunity to recognize the dedicated and hardworking students, teachers, administrators, and support staff within the Coppell District Elementary and Middle Schools. Parents, Middle School Students, and CISD Staff Members can nominate any CISD Staff Member at their campus. Student nominations can be submitted by CISD staff only. Awards will be given out at the end of every nine weeks. This year, at each CISD Elementary School, one student per grade and two members of CISD staff will be selected. All nominees of the award will receive a certificate; all recipients of the award will receive a certificate and a t-shirt.

Class Parties: All elementary campuses will be able to have the 1-2 assigned PTO room parents attend and run the class parties. No other parents or visitors will be able to join that day. If you have any specific questions about your child's class party, please reach out to your child's teacher.
