Difficulties can arise at anytime for families, but this can be especially true and emotionally challenging during the holidays. Although our elementary schools are able to offer some support to their families through programs of their own, it is far more difficult to find resources at the Middle School and High School level. Often, our community is willing to help, but not sure where to start or how funds will be spent.
As an initiative by Lindbergh Schools, in partnership with our District Social Workers, we would like to offer a wonderful opportunity for our community to give a helping hand at the holidays that will impact families district wide.
All funds collected will be divided as evenly as possible among the families, and will go towards crediting Ameren Missouri accounts. Our goal is to simply provide some much needed relief to these families. The gift of a warm home is a great way to do that!
Please use the link provided: http://bit.ly/LindberghLightsTheWay. No amount is too small and every donation is appreciated.Sperreng Middle School will handle the collection this year. We will incur PayPal fees, but they will be minimal, and outside of that, 100% of funds collected will go to our Lindbergh families.
We thank you for your support. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email Jennifer Abercrombie at: cjabercrombie@sbcglobal.net
Angie will be out Friday in the p.m. @Moore for Principal Mtg.
