Dear Families,
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year. Studley is such a great place to learn, and I am thrilled to lead our Studley Stars through another year of growth and provide an environment that respects individual needs and fosters a love for learning.
At Studley, we are committed to providing the best experience for you and your child. Our job is to meet each child where they are and provide the tools and strategies needed to grow. Your partnership with us is key to the success of your child. We value communication, understanding, and high expectations for all. We believe that, together, we can achieve great things.
I want to take a moment to welcome our new families to the Studley Community. We are delighted to have you as part of our team. As partners in your child’s learning, we encourage you to support their journey by asking questions, sharing in their joys, and helping them to grow through their struggles.
We are excited to begin another year with all of you. Together, let's make this a great year and continue to shine bright!

2023-2024 School Information - IMPORTANT
Important School Information
Family Contact Information:
A Yellow Student Emergency Information form will be coming home with your child during our first week of school. Please review it and make any updates or changes to is as soon as possible and return it to your child’s teacher.
It is vital that we have up to date and fully functional phone numbers, emails, and emergency contact information as soon as we open. Please make sure your voicemail is functional. Additionally, please be sure to update the office with any changes to your contact information as soon as they occur.
Arrival and Dismissal:
Arrival begins at 8:30AM, and the bell rings at 8:45AM. This means school starts promptly at 8:45AM, after which students will be marked tardy. All students who are tardy will need to be buzzed into the office with an adult. It is important to arrive at school on time daily in order to set your child up for a successful day.
Please click the link below for more information on our arrival and dismissal procedures.
Attendance:
Attendance is critical to the success of your child. They cannot learn if they are not in school. We are asking that your child attend school daily and be on time. We only have them for 180 school days and want to make the most of it. With that being said, there are real and valid reasons why a child needs to be absent, and we 100% support that. Please keep communication open with the school regarding attendance. We are here to support you.
Communication:
We will be communicating through Aspen, email, website/App and Rooms. Information can also be found on our website https://ses.attleboroschools.com/o/ses and our Studley Facebook Page. Our staff typically responds within 24 hours barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Communication needs to be two-way. If you need clarification, are struggling, have questions or concerns, please reach out. We ask that you contact your child’s teacher directly should you have any questions or concerns during the year. They should always be your first point of contact as they know your child and most likely have the information needed.
Breakfast/Lunch:
There is no charge for breakfast or lunch. If your child will be eating breakfast at school, it is important to arrive as close to 8:30AM as possible. Breakfast closes at 8:45AM.
Even though there is no charge for breakfast or lunch, please still complete your free and reduced lunch forms. We want to make sure they are complete and processed as they are connected to more than just breakfast and lunch. https://www2.myschoolapps.com/Home/PickDistrict
Classroom/Building Needs:
You should have already received your school supply lists for your grade level from the school. You can also find them on our website at: https://ses.attleboroschools.com/o/ses/article/1180318. We will, as always, appreciate donations of sanitizer, wipes, paper towels, and Kleenex!
School Issued Devices:
Students entering grades 3 and 4 should return their chromebooks to Studley during the first few days of school. This includes the power cord and case. This is only for returning students. If you are new to Attleboro, you will be issued a device to use this year.
Kindergarten Orientation
There are two sessions:
- 9:00AM - Students who have a last name A-L
- 10:00AM - Students who have a last name M-Z
Parking:
Please do not arrive before 8:45AM. Our car drop off procedure will not end for our other students until 8:45AM. Once this ends, you can park in the spots in the circle. Parking is also available on the street.
Meeting:
Staff will meet you on the sidewalk by the circle loop.
PTO
We are so lucky to have such a wonderful parent group that supports this school. They work tirelessly to build community, support the staff, and enrich the overall school experience for our students. Please consider coming to our PTO meetings, which will be held one Wednesday a month at 6:00PM in the Studley library. At these meetings, you will learn more about the group and how to become involved! More information to follow, but we need you and your voice to make us better.
