Newsletter Settings Overview

In your Newsletter Settings you can change your newsletter privacy level and manage other elements displayed around your newsletter.

1. Finish editing your newsletter and click "Publish Newsletter"
2. Click on the small gray gear icon above the view count

This section gives you control of who views your newsletter. You can choose between:

1. Private - Your newsletter will neither be publicly listed on your Smore profile, nor on search engines
2. Public - Your newsletter will be publicly listed on your Smore profile, and will also appear in search engines

There are various elements that surround your published newsletter. Under "Display Settings", you can choose to disable or enable these elements.

To get an idea of how visitors view your newsletter, you can check and uncheck the boxes next to each element and see how they appear in the test image at the left of the Newsletter Settings window.
