Choir Fees & How to Pay

Choir Fees are Due Oct. 13th

Dear Choir Parents:

It was great to see such a great turnout at our parent meeting Tuesday evening. I know we covered a lot of material, but I wanted to follow-up with a few tips and clarifications for making payments for choir fees and polos.

Payments for both choir fees ($135) and choir polos ($25) can be made either via check or via PayPal through Charms.

Checks can be placed in the choir room lock boxes available at both campuses. Checks will be picked up periodically and credit applied for payment in Charms. Please include your student's name on the check.

To pay via PayPal, go to the Fixed Payment section in Finances. For the item you want to pay, toggle the PayPal selection. When prompted, you can either log on to your PayPal account if you have one, OR you can select the PayPal guest check-out option and pay via your credit card of choice.

Choir fees are due October 13th

Red choir polo fees are posted for all freshman and a few senior high students that requested new polos. Unfortunately, the fees were posted last week for all students, but that has been corrected.

If your freshman student does not need a polo (able to borrow from a former choir member), please let me know and I will remove that request for payment in Charms.

If Charms is still reflecting a polo payment is due for your senior high student or if there is an issue for a payment already made, please let me know.

Region Choir Auditions on Saturday, October 14

Region is the second round of the All-State Choir audition process. The auditions are at Tomball Memorial HS. We will meet at 6:45 am at TWHS SENIOR CAMPUS and take buses to Tomball Memorial. More details will be sent to all students who are auditioning and their parents to the email addresses listed in Charms.
