We loved having you at Berryton this week for Valentine's celebrations and for conferences on Tuesday night. Thanks for your flexibility today in shifting to virtual conferences in lieu of the weather. If you weren't able to meet with your child's teacher don't hesitate to reach out and schedule a time for next week- we value your partnership tremendously!

Next week we will be taking money for our Kona Ice treats that will be here on Monday, February 28th as we we kick off Read Across America Week. All students will enjoy Kona Ice and we look forward to celebrating school wide.

We are going to kick off Read Across America Week with Kona Ice on February 28th. The truck will be here from 1-3 pm. Our teachers of students in grades P-3 recommend that parents send money just for the Kiddie size as that seems to be the just right size for our youngest learners. Additionally, Kona will donate 25% of their proceeds to Berryton.

Teachers will begin collecting money on Tuesday, February 22nd.

As an elementary principal I enjoy working collaboratively with staff members to support student learning. I am passionate about continuing to learn professionally, and building relationships with staff and students at Berryton Elementary. When I'm not serving at Berryton Elementary I am usually with my husband and two sons. We can be found at sporting events, cheering on Kansas State University, or just enjoying a movie at home.
