Images & GIFs

This feature is great for adding a gallery with lots of different images as it allows you to upload up to three small images. Then, for each image, you can add a title and a description!

Pro tip: you can change the layout of the Columns feature by hovering over it and clicking on the "Layout" button on the top right corner. Be sure to use the Layout at the top of the Gallery box to manage how the images and text appear.

This feature allows you to add one big image to your newsletter so you can use it for the weekly calendar, lunch menu, or as a shout-out section to highlight this week's achievements!

Adding a GIF follows the same steps as adding a Big Photo. However, instead of selecting an image file from your documents or downloads, you will select the GIF file you would like to upload.

If you'd like to fix elements of an image to ensure that it appears exactly as your want it to, you can do so by utilizing our Image Editor. In the Image Editor you can crop, filter, fine-tune, decorate, and resize your image. To access the Image Editor, hover over the image you'd like to edit in your newsletter and then click "Edit"

By hyperlinking an image, your recipients can access another site by clicking on the image.

To hyperlink an image, hover your cursor over the image and click on "Edit", then click on "Make this photo linkable" and add your link. Make sure to click on "Done" to save the new hyperlink.

The Alt Text feature allows you to add a short written description of an image for accessibility purposes and in case the image can't be reviewed for some reason. To add an Alt Text, hover your cursor over the image and click on "Edit". Then, add your text and click on "Done".

To remove an image:

1. Hover your cursor over the image you want to remove
2. Click on the red trash can in the top right corner of the image
3. Click "Delete"

We do not have set dimensions for images. The Editor scales your image depending on its individual size and dimensions.

• For the 3 image gallery the recommended resolution is minimum 322x197 (Aspect ratio: 1.63:1)
• For the 2 image gallery the recommended resolution is minimum 322x192 (Aspect ratio: 1.68:1)
• For the Big Photo the recommended resolution is minimum 700 x 547

Yes. You can easily drag and drop images from your computer files or desktop directly into the Image feature.
