Change your Password
Follow the guide below to change your password:
1. Go to your "Profile"
In the upper right corner, click "Account" and select "Account & Billing" from the dropdown menu.
2. Enter your new password
Find the "Change Password" Section, then put in your "Old Password" and then the "New Password" you would like to use.
If you forgot your password:
- Go to "Login" on the Smore website
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address in the box provided
- Click on the generated "Password Reset URL" email in your mailbox
- Reset your password
If you are having trouble receiving the "Password Reset URL" email, please contact support@smore.com.
Google login
You can only change your password if you signed up for a Smore account using an email address.
If you signed up for a Smore account using a Google login, you cannot change your password by following the steps above.
Please contact support@smore.com to convert your Google login to an email login. Once you've been converted, the system will prompt you to set a new password.
