NEISD Challenge
We are hoping to get 100% of campuses in the district to participate in the Hour of Code 2019. To do this, we need your help!
Teachers, agree to have your students participate in an hour of coding during the week of December 9th-15th. Register for this event at http://hourofcode.com/us.
What is it?
The Hour of Code is a global movement reaching tens of millions of students in 180+ countries. Anyone, anywhere can organize an Hour of Code event. One-hour tutorials are available in over 30 languages. No experience needed. Ages 4 to 104.

What Devices Can You Use?
Computers/Laptops in the lab and/or classroom, Chromebooks, iTouches, iPads, Mac books...any device that can access the internet can be used!
Using a computer, laptop or Chromebook?
Take a look at the available coding tutorials. Be sure to use the arrows to look at the different activities that are available.

Tynker Hour of Code- NEW!!
Tynker now has an Hour of Code website for students to use. There are teacher guides and answer keys, many coding activities and STEM activities "that integrate coding into what you're already teaching in subjects like Social Studies, Math, Science, and English."
