Marching Band Senior Night - Friday, October 06
Please read through this informational document to learn more about the evening. More details will be shared as the date gets closer.
Marching Band Mentor Night - Friday, September 29
This is a NEW event this year! In August, senior band members selected one mentor they would like to recognize. This week, the seniors will be writing handwritten cards to their mentor teachers.
The teachers will then be recognized on the scoreboard throughout the game on September 29! More information will continue to be shared as the date approaches.
We are excited to start this new tradition!
2023 - 2024 Concert Schedule
Marching Band Uniform Reminders
Uniform contracts and fees were due by Friday, August 25th!
Please place all shoe order forms and payments in the gray lock box in the band room.
As a reminder, all uniform items should be removed from the garment bag during the week to air out.
- Wash the sweat collar after EVERY performance with a mild detergent. AIR DRY.
- The jacket & pants are DRY CLEAN ONLY. DO NOT IRON OR PLACE IN WASHING MACHINE.
- Shoes should be cleaned after EVERY performance
- Gloves can be washed and hung out to dry.
Have repairs? Contact the uniform coordinators at uniforms@eahsmusic.org. DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY REPAIRS AT HOME!

2023 Marching Band Schedule
Jacket Sale
School has started and fall is coming, so you know what that means - time to get your band jackets! The sale will run September 5 - 22. You can place orders using the attached form or online at https://eahsmusic.org. Please note that this year's sale will be for the red student jackets only, the black pullovers will be offered online during our fall sportswear sale.
• If you are ordering multiple jackets please use a separate form for each jacket (one check for the total is fine).
• Please submit in a clearly marked envelope titled “Jacket Order” on the front.
• Make checks payable to IMA.
All orders are due no later than September 22, 2023

September IMA Meeting & Trip Updates
There will be a final mandatory trip meeting on Tuesday, November 14 @ 7:00PM for both students & parents/guardians.

Mum Sale Pick Up
Reminder - There will be a pick up for coupons and flags ONLY this Tuesday, Sept 12th from 445p-515p outside the instrumental room at the high school.
Coupons and flags can also be collected along with mums orders at the final delivery day Sunday, Sept 17th at Raub's Farm from 1030a-1230p. If you are unable to make this date please email Jen Mazur to arrange for alternate accommodations flowers@eahsmusic.org

Corporate sponsorship of the IMA is integral to the financial well-being of our operating budget supporting the many opportunities afforded our students. The IMA supports over $80,000 in annual expenses, including annual scholarships, marching band operating expenses, uniform care, new instrument/ equipment purchases, maintenance costs, travel opportunities, and more.
As a corporate sponsor of the IMA, there are many benefits your organization would receive, in addition to supporting our students. We hope you consider supporting our wonderful music program. Our students work incredibly hard each year and we hope to be able to continue to support their needs through generous donations such as yours.
How it works
- Ask local businesses to support our program by directing them to our website OR handing them this letter!
- Businesses will complete the form at the bottom of this page.
- Upon completion, businesses will receive email confirmation.
