GRADE LEVEL/DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCEMENTS
Pre-K:
- If your child has been out, please send us a note stating why he /she was out, so we will have it in our records. If your child has a new cough or fever, please keep them at home until they are cleared to come back by a doctor. Thanks for all you do to help keep us safe.
- October 29th- Fall Party Party items sign up sheet has been sent home please return.
Kindergarten:
- Continue to study the second six weeks sight words. Counting 1-50 and letters/sounds.
- Fall Party - October 29th. Your child’s teacher will provide more information.
First Grade:
- Our field trip to Stokes Family Farm is Tuesday. Students can come to school as usual and they will eat breakfast at school before leaving for the trip. They should wear uniforms or Williamston Primary t-shirts and uniform bottoms.
- Red Ribbon Week is next week. We hope everyone will participate in the festivities by dressing up as specified.
- Study sight words for a check-off the week of November 8th.
- Bring a water bottle and an extra mask each day.
Second Grade:
- Continue to read AR books each night and complete the Reading Log. Students earn points for AR tests passed.
- As a reminder, students need to bring snacks that can only be consumed in 10 to 15 minutes. Students can only bring juice or water to drink for snack time. No soft drinks or candy are allowed for snacks.
- Make sure students bring an extra mask and water bottle each day.

Music: “Tiger Troupe” practice: practice begins at 7:30 am. If you are dropping students off for practice please keep in mind that they won’t be able to enter the building until 7:30.
Exceptional Children:
Mrs. Knox’s class will be going to the pumpkin patch on Tuesday. Don’t forget that next week is red ribbon week and fun dress up days are planned for each day. Check the flyer sent home with your student for all of the details.
