Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Nov. 4th and 5th from 4pm - 7pm Virtually. Due to our current restrictions, conferences will be held virtually or via phone and will be by Invite Only.

At this point, if teachers had concerns regarding your child's academic progress they have reached out to you via email with a virtual invite. Please be sure to take time to pick your time slot with each teacher that you need to see.

Reminder that we are making a calendar adjustment for November 5th and 6th. Student responsibilities for the 5th and 6th are listed below:

Students are encouraged to work on missing or outstanding assignments

Nov. 6th

Remote Learning Day

Students will be required to sign into a Google Meet for each of their 6 classes according to the following schedule:

1st hour - 8:00 - 8:15

2nd hour - 8:20 - 8:35

3rd hour - 8:40 - 8:55

4th hour - 9:00 - 9:15

5th hour - 9:20 - 9:35

6th hour - 9:40 - 9:55

As we have this extended time outside of the building, our maintenance staff will be conducting a deep clean of the building and common areas. We would encourage you to make sure that masks are washed along with hoodies and jackets. We are approaching cold and flu season and it is important that we work together to keep our kids healthy.

Please ensure that your students have a nightly routine of charging their Chromebooks. Students should arrive each day with a fully charged Chromebook. Due to the potential of having to move to remote learning, teachers have the majority of classwork available via the Chromebooks. When students do not have a charged Chromebook it is difficult for them to participate in class.

The Annual Turkey Trot is scheduled for Wednesday, November 11th. All 6th graders will participate in the annual event. 7th and 8th graders that are interested in participating must sign up in the main office.
