As we near the close of this historic school year, I want to end on a note of gratitude and optimism. Our school community has had to endure so much uncertainty and change this year and I am appreciative of your sacrifices to keep our students safe. I am optimistic as we look ahead to next school year and look forward to taking the great knowledge we've learned from all of this as we move into the 2021-2022 school year.

I'm wishing you all a happy end to this school year and a relaxing and healthy summer!

• Viewing in each classroom of a Class Google Slideshow of student autobiographies, pictures, stories, videos, etc.

• Celebration after the viewing with a special treat

• Link shared out to families so it may be viewed at your convenience

Details:

• A COVID safe, socially distanced honoring of each child at our normal pick-up and drop-off spot, outside in the parking lot

• Families will stay in your car until you're at the front of the pick-up or drop-off line. When it’s your turn, you may get out of your car. Students will get a certificate and a few special words about him or her will be shared. Families can take a few photos and he or she will receive a gift.
• Additional Details:

1. 1 car per child. Social distancing is required.
2. AM-You will take your child home after
3. PM-Your child will stay here at school after

Any student who has medication in the health office, please be advised that it must be picked up by noon on June 25th or it will be disposed per NYS Education Department. If you are able to call in advance, we will have it ready for you in the main office.

As a reminder, students entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, grades 1, 3 and 5 must provide the health office with updated physicals for the upcoming school year.

All Chromebooks and related technology (cords, hotspots) must be returned to the school for summer. Please defer to your child's teacher for the specific date for your class.

Cases are not to be returned. We request that you keep them and reuse them next year.
