ASD1 iStudent Program
Apply Now for the 2015-2016 School Year
ASD1 iStudent Program Continues in 2015-2016
The iStudent program is open for all students in the current grades 8-11. Fifteen students are selected from each high school to help the Instructional Technologists and district staff with iPad Professional Development for teachers, distributing iPads to our 3rd grade and 9th grade students, and presenting at our ASD1 Transformation Summer Conference for teachers. There are other events at the school level that we would love to have your help with! We are also excited to be able to offer the opportunity to shadow professionals who work with technology in their careers.
We are looking for students who have a passion for working with technology, teaching other people and providing technology leadership among students in Anderson School District One!
Anderson County School Board Meeting
iStudents had the opportunity to present about using iPads in the classroom to the Anderson County School Board.
iStudent Training
iStudents participate in training provided by the district Instructional Technologists. The training will prepare you to present for teachers, troubleshoot technology and understand more about technology in education.
Edmodo Help Desk
iStudents worked the Edmodo help desk at our ASD1 Digital Innovation Conference for teachers.
