NCBCC members: it has been ages since we revised our constitution and bylaws. Last year, the AKC gently reminded us of this fact. Lucy Campbell and Lynne Corn prepared a revision (discussed at an earlier meeting), and sent the draft to AKC. AKC responded with proposed changes, and Lucy and Lynne have made the appropriate changes.

Please read the documents!!!! (attached) Among other things, AKC wanted a change in the names for membership to regular and associate; and we added some language in certain places to clarify the options for online meetings. After we vote in January, the documents will be submitted to AKC for final approval.
