Here we come, 2020-2021! This is an unique start to a school year. Things change rapidly and sometimes without warning, but we will persevere. We must actively exercise our mindset to tackle what the future may bring. The challenges WILL give way to better Cardinals, more purposeful teaching, and a myriad of growth opportunities. If we don't "work" our mindset, success will be a fleeting thought. Embody our theme, "We Have the Mindset of Champions!" I know if any staff is able to tackle the road ahead, it's the Fair Oaks Elementary School staff!
