Daily shaving is part of the routine self-care of most men. It should not be neglected in a health care facility. When patients cannot shave themselves, shaving is the responsibility of CNA's and other staff members. Students and staff volunteered to give the CNA students hands-on experience.

Students in cosmetology got to go to AVEDA Institute in Augusta. They heard from the owner, Anthony, about the program, trends in the industry and then got to tour the building. Thank you to MELMAC for funding our transportation to Aveda!
