Welcome to Melillo and if you have a sixth-grade student, welcome back! My name is Jennifer Sauceda and I am proud to serve as the principal of Melillo Middle School. Many of you may already know me, as I have been one of the assistant principals here at Melillo for the last four years. The 23-24 school year will start my 23rd year in education and all in Pasadena ISD. I am also a proud product of Pasadena ISD. I know I may be biased, but Melillo has the best teachers and staff, hands down! Our teachers and staff have been working the last two weeks preparing classrooms, planning, and attending professional development. It was so exciting to see so many families at our Mustang Round Up last week. One of my goals as Principal is to re-establish a partnership with our families and have more events where parents can volunteer and be a part of their child's education. As a campus, we are committed to instilling in your children Melillo's guidelines for success by having Hearts that Care, Hands that Serve, and Minds that Think. I look forward to serving this wonderful community and providing the very best education to your children.

Melillo Doors Open: 8:00 a.m.

School Start Time: 8:30 a.m.

Tardy Bell: 8:40 a.m.

Breakfast begins at 8:00-8:25 a.m. (NO BREAKFAST on FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL)

FREE Breakfast & Lunch for all students!

Dismissal Time: 4:00 p.m.

Please be patience at the beginning of the year!!!

Bus Riders:

Bus students need to know bus pick-up/drop-off location.

Car Riders:

Vehicles will follow the road around the Melillo Loop. Please remain in your vehicle and pull all the way forward as directed by school personnel. Place car name tag visible on dash board.

Walkers:

Parents please avoid walking up to the school to meet their child. School personnel will escort walkers to Riverstone Ranch Road (4 way stop).
