This year, we are on a journey Up, Up to an A. Fasten your seatbelts and put your seats in the upright position so we can take off and soar to new heights. We will be cruising at altitudes above all other school flights with an expected holding pattern of 2 years' growth for every student. We anticipate some jolts of turbulence along the way, but our team has prohibited tampering with what is working for our students: a focus on STEAM unit planning, formative data analysis, writing, and most importantly, building relationships with students.

We have spent time on the tarmac this summer preparing for this adventure, planning the flight, and completing flight simulations to ensure a successful experience for all passengers. Thank you so much to everyone who dedicated their time to VBE this summer, including Kagan training, the Moonshot Summer Institute, PBL World, tech institutes, the Moonshot Academy at VBE, Digital 1:1 Training, the New Teacher Academy, PBIS Booster, TRIBE planning, and more.
