Scores: Varsity Volleyball
On Tuesday, September 5th, the took all three sets in a dominant fashion from the Bengals by scores of 25-17, 25-8, and 25-7 and on Thursday, September 7th, the Falcons swept all three sets by scores of 25-11, 25-16, and 25-4.
The girls continued their impressive play by defeating a strong Clover Garden team 3-0 on Friday, September 8.
The three wins this week bring the Falcons' record to 9-1 overall and 7-1 in Conference play.

The loss brings the girls' record to 1-5 overall and 0-0 in conference.
Scores: Varsity Men's Soccer
South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC) put one in the net in the first half followed by 2 in the second. The Falcons followed up with one in the second half but couldn't find the equalizers falling by a score of 3-1.
The Falcons rounded out the week with a tough loss to a strong Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School (Kernersville, NC) falling 6-1. The Falcons held the game close in the first half, holding the Vandals to 1 goal. In the second half Bishop was able to find the back of the net 5 times while the Falcons were only able to net 1.
This brings their overall record to 5-2 and 0-1 in the Conference.
Scores: Middle School
The middle school boys soccer team has started the season off strong winning two and tying one.
On Thursday, August 31st, the boys travelled to Cornerstone Charter Academy in Greensboro and came away with a hard fought 2-1 victory over the Cardinals.
River Mill Academy made the trip to Kernersville to play the Falcons Thursday, September 7th. The Falcons had their hands full, but were able to keep the score even through full time and two extra time periods ending in a tie.
This brings their overall record to 2-0-1 on the season. (Pictures Below)
The middle school girls volleyball team had a come from behind victory against Clover Garden from Burlington on Tuesday, September 5th. They dropped the 1st set by a score of 25-23 and swept the final two sets to secure the victory for the Falcons.
River Mill Academy handed the Middle School Girls Volleyball team their first loss of the season. The Falcons took the first set but dropped the next two.
This brings their record to 2-1 overall.
