Happy Sunday Harrington Families
Happy Sunday!! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend so far, and was able to keep extra warm after Friday and Saturday's historic frigid temperatures, lets all just be glad we were not experiencing Mt. Washington's weather. After all, it is not everyday you can experience the temperatures on Mars on this planet like the scientists did on Mt. Washington on Saturday.
With a more milder week heading our way this week, I still cannot stress enough the importance of the proper cold weather clothing for being outside. Please ensure your student(s) come to school prepared.
This coming Monday will be our 100th, it is hard to believe we are this far over the half way mark of this school year. Once we pass through the holiday season everything takes off, but also the rigor of school increases. It is important that students are rested enough prior to coming to school, please remember to have your students get a good nights sleep each school night so that they come to school rested and reading to work hard each day.
DISMISSAL REMINDER:
Please remember that if you are changing the way in which your student will be dismissed on a particular day please send in a note with your student, or call the main office. Teachers will follow the consistent plans of that day unless there is notification from a parent/guardian to them directly. Students can be confused on dismissal plans which causes extensive confusion and a delay in the dismissal process. Again, please send in a note or call the office if you change the way your student will be getting home on any particular day.
Thank you for your continued support of Harrington. We are an inclusive community, a special community, a community that will continue to support each other.
Please ensure that you are receiving all communications from the school and that your contact information is up to date. If at any time you have changed your contact information, please let the school know so we can update our systems.
As always, thank you for your continued support of our Harrington community. Please reach out to me or Karen with any questions or concerns as always.
Once again, remember to…"Push through your day, Smile, Be Happy, Stay Positive!"
Be safe! Stay well!
Rob & Karen
