Thanksgiving Meal Thursday 🦃🍗🍽️
This Thursday is our Thanksgiving meal for Kindergarten, Second and Fourth grades. We look forward to having those grade levels eating with us! The menu for our Thanksgiving and Christmas lunches will include the following: turkey, dressing, ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, roll, dessert, and choice of drink. Please note lunch prices are $6.00 per meal, unless someone attending is a Haywood County Schools student, and then it is free. It will be cash only and you will receive a ticket as you enter school to present as you "check out" with your meal. Thanks, and we look forward to having you! 🍽️
Reading for Education 📚
This is our last week for the Reading for Education promotion. Our goal is to have at least 40% participation and we are currently at 36%. Thank you so much to everyone that has participated so far! If you decide to participate, please turn in the envelope by Friday and your child will receive their sea animal prize! We truly appreciate your help as we try to earn a book vending machine for our students!
Kids Heart Challenge ❤️
Our Kids Heart Challenge will be from now until December 8th! Please check out the form that was sent home a couple of weeks ago for more information. We appreciate your support!
Canned Food Drive November 13-December 5 🌽🍎🫐
Our annual canned food drive began today and will end on December 5th. Our Bethel families are always so generous with cans, supporting our communities in Haywood County. Last year, Bethel Elementary was one of two schools that brought in the most cans! Let's try to do that again this year! Our goal is for every student to bring 5 cans or more. We are excited for our students to help others and are so thankful for your generosity and support!!
Make Up Picture Day- December 5th 📸
Make up picture day is on December 5th. If your child was absent on our original picture day, they can have their picture made on the 5th.
Thanksgiving Holiday 🦃🍂
Our Thanksgiving holiday for staff and students will begin on Wednesday, November 22nd and will last through Friday, November 24th. We hope you have a wonderful holiday with family and friends! We will look forward to having your students back on campus on Monday, November 27th.
