Thank you to our Cafeteria Staff for ensuring that all tummies are filled everyday! This week is Cafeteria Staff Appreciation Week and we are thankful for the work of our team.
It's another week @theSprings and we are “keeping the learning going”. Students and staff will celebrate our first Friday assembly this week at 2pm. Also, we have “What’s Poppin’ with Principal Jackson” at 8am via ZOOM and in-person. Join us as we provide campus modernization updates, information about Project Help and conduct the #AttendanceMatters parent training.
Spring Break is March 11-15th. Let’s aim for perfect attendance for the two weeks leading into Spring Break!

Hi Oak Springs Families! March is almost here, and we have some exciting library events happening. Our Read Across America Spirit Week is coming up the week of March 4th. Please check out the flyer for additional information. That same week, we also have our spring book giveaway when students will get to take home a free book. Thursday, March 7th is our spring puppet show for grades Pre-K 3 to 2nd , and Friday, March 8th is our Guest Reader Day. Wishing everyone a Happy Spring!

Central Texas Food Bank - Social Services
The Central Texas Food Bank’s social services team is continuing to assist clients with applying for SNAP (along with Medicaid, TANF, Healthy Texas Women, Medicare Savings Program, CHIP and CHIP Perinatal). We offer help with applications remotely and on-site. Our offices are located at 6500 Metropolis Drive, Austin, Texas 78744.
For the safety of our staff and the community we serve, we have implemented social distancing models and can see a limited number of clients at one time on-site at the Food Bank. To get help with applications on-site, please call our hotline to make an appointment first at 855-366-3401.
