About the project
More Mosaic is a non-governmental organization based in Stockholm, Sweden. Its aims are to promote academic, cultural and political exchange, to participate in the discussion about European citizenship and to serve as a platform for meaningful collaboration between Sweden, EU and other actors beyond former geopolitical borders.
Two-part youth exchange project 'More Mosaic Everywhere for Everyone Always' includes two interconnected activities where youth from different cultural backgrounds will meet and experience non-formal and informal learning in intercultural environment. Each of the project's activities corresponds to thematically interlinked sections:
Activity 1: Active life style - Youth exchange in Georgia, June 3-12, 10 days.
The first exchange in Georgia will introduce participants to active life style concept. The exchange will be intertwined with introduction to camping, outdoor and sport activities.
Local partner
Iris Group - Managing Diversity is a Georgian non-governmental organization founded in 2010. Its main target group is youth. They strive to support young people to figure out their potential, use the strength of diversity and contribute to the development of their society by active participation.
Activity 2: Creative expression - Youth exchange in Ukraine, October, 12 days.
The second exchange in Ukraine will introduce participants to creative expression's forms – in particular drawing and theatre – and provide them with methods of delivering messages and implementing own ideas through creativity and art.
Local partner
Kharkiv association for active youth “Stella” is a youth non-profit organization of Ukrainian students, volunteers and alumni of different international programs. Its main mission is in the building of more tolerant, understanding and accepting society in Ukraine. They focus preliminary on the topics of intercultural interreligious dialogue, human rights, social entrepreneurship, tolerance and diversity, minority rights, sustainable development and participation of young people.

1. YOUTH EXCHANGE IN KOBULETI, GEORGIA, JUNE 3 (arrival) - JUNE 12 (departure), 2018
The participants of the youth exchanges in Kobuleti will:
- be introduced to promotion of healthy behaviours, in particular through the promotion of the practice of outdoor activities and grassroots sports, as means to promote healthy lifestyles as well as to foster social inclusion and the active participation of young people in society;
- promotе young people's social inclusion and well-being;
- increase their self-empowerment and self-esteem;
- increase motivation and satisfaction in daily life and work;
- increase their motivation for taking part in non- formal education;
- enhance their intercultural awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries;
- expand their knowledge on the notions of multiculturalism, acceptance and tolerance.

HOTEL & ACCOMMODATION
Kobuleti is a town in Adjara, western Georgia, situated on the eastern coast of the Black Sea. It is situated 350km from Tbilisi, capital of the country where most of the participants would arrive. There are good connections by bus and railway to Kobuleti from Tbilisi. Kobuleti railway and bus stations are situated near to each other.
The project will be held at hotel “Homey” (Davida Agmashenebeli Ave. 116A, Kobuleti, Georgia).
The hotel is located within 2 minutes walking distance from the sea coast.
The accommodation will be organized in double and triple rooms, 2-3 participants per room (in some cases there might be 3-4 participants per room, as the hotel also provides us with family rooms). Travel cost to the hotel will be included in your travel cost sum.
Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and two coffee breaks will be provided and covered by the project. However expenses made on your free time have to be paid by the participants.
How to get there
Most common arrival point is Batumi International airport.
- In front of central entrance of the airport you can catch public transport (yellow bus) to Batumi that departs every 20 minutes and costs 0.50 Lari (€ 0.25) per person. This bus will take you to the Central Bus Station of Batumi / (travel time: 20 min).

- At the central Bus Station of Batumi you can catch a mini bus to Kobuleti that departs every 1 hour and costs 2 Lari (€ 1) per person. This mini bus will take you to the Central Bus Station of Kobuleti) (travel time: 30 minutes).
Second option for arrival is Kutaisi International Airport.
- From Kutaisi International Airport you can take minibuses to Kobuleti (it needs around 2 H). You can buy a minibus ticket at the booking office or from the Driver. Price: 15 Lari.

Bus tickets
Here you can buy bus tickets from Kutaisi Airport, to Kobuleti or Batumi. For those, who want to stay in Kutaisi before the project or after the project, you can use these buses.
TRAVEL COSTS
Arrival: June 3 - Departure: June 12
Please remember to take with you all your printed tickets and to give them to the project’s responsible.
Reimbursement of the travel costs will only be done after submitting all original tickets, receipt/invoices, boarding passes and later sending of the return documents and boarding passes. Save the boarding passes from your airport check-in as well. Please, be aware that in case you lose any invoices or tickets we will not be able to reimburse the cost. Reimbursement will be done in EURO, regardless of the currency indicated on your ticket and receipt/invoice according to the official currency exchange rate of European Commission http://ec.europa.eu/budget/contracts_grants/info_contracts/inforeuro/inforeuro_en.cfm
Important: the reimbursement of travel costs for participants will be done via transfer to one bank account, providing we receive all original travel documents within two months after the training.
Insurance: It will be participants’ self-responsibility to have (travel) insurance, although we will assist in finding the best option.

2. YOUTH EXCHANGE IN LVIV, UKRAINE, October 23 (Arrival) - November 3 (Departure), 2018
- improve their skills in public speaking, story telling techniques and acting;
- foster social inclusion and the active participation of young people in society;
- enhance their creative expression as a tool for a positive change;
- get acquainted with democratic principles, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion;
- get better awareness of the European projects and the EU values.

HOTEL & ACCOMMODATION

The hotel is located in the outskirts in a picturesque location, with the possibility to organize workshops outside if the weather is nice (enegizers, warm-up activities etc). The resort itself is situated 20 km from the city center of Lviv.
If you arrive in Kiev, you can take a train to Lviv. There are morning 5-hour express trains or night trains that are rather convenient, because you can sleep there and arrive early morning.

In Lviv, depending on the number of people in the groups and timing, we will organise bus transfers to the project venues. Travel cost to the hotel will be included in your travel cost sum.
Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and two coffee breaks will be provided and covered by the project. However expenses made on your free time have to be paid by the participants.
The hotel and restaurant are situated in separate buildings in 1 minute walking distance and the conference room can be found on the second floor of the restaurant and is equipped with flip chart board, projector, screen, speakers. Rooms are double and triple with TV and private WC.There is a free access to a gym available for all participants. You can book a sauna for a small fee.
