Student Activities
November at Bellerose is a month of appreciation and opportunity. Our students took part in a beautiful Remembrance Day ceremony, the ELAA Post-secondary Fair and our very own Bulldog Appreciation Week. During lunch, our students also had the opportunity to take part in Volleyball and 3-on-3 Basketball intramurals.
We look forward to December, where seasonal activities and intramural badminton will lead to a well deserved holiday break.
Remembrance Day Ceremony
On November 8th, to commemorate Remembrance Day, our school gathered to reflect and pay respects to all members of the armed forces who fought for our freedoms.
ELAA Post Secondary Fair
Bulldog Recognition Week
On Friday, November 17th, Bellerose raised money and advocated for the accessibility of menstrual products in support of the Radius Community Health & Healing Centre. Pies were purchased for a $2.00 donation and were thrown at volunteer staff members. We also accepted new, packaged, menstrual product donations.

Career's and Dual Credit - Discover your Journey
Work Experience and RAP students are reminded to submit their hours and any missing paperwork to Mr. Turnham ASAP, but certainly before we step away for the holiday break. December hours will be due upon return from holidays. Any late submissions after that point will not be considered, and your hours will be deferred until Semester 2. Current Work Experience students are reminded to submit timesheets monthly.
Students interested in an Apprenticeship opportunity (Full-Time or Afternoon Part-Time) for Semester 2 are asked to reach out to Mr. Turnham no later December 15th. Recruitment is well underway, but Mr. T. wants to ensure he doesn't miss you or any opportunities if you want to start this journey in Semester 2. Those students wanting to start RAP in the summer or next September need to still keep the application process in mind because that recruitment starts in the spring and needs to be completed by early to mid-May.
Are you wanting to explore a postsecondary experience for Term 2? Dual Credit may be for you. If you want to know more visit the Dual Credit webpage on the St. Albert Public School website. If you are ready to sign up click here: DUAL CREDIT Registration Form
