Senior Scholarship Opportunities
Applications for local scholarships are now available on the Counseling Office webpage under the Scholarships tab. All applications are available online, and therefore paper copies will not be available in the Counseling Office. Applications for all local scholarships are due by April 1st to the Counseling Office. Please contact Mrs. McArthur if you have any questions.
BASH Student ID
For student safety purposes, all students must have their BASD issued ID with them at all times. If you lost the ID that was provided to you at the start of the school year, you may purchase another one in the main office for $6.
Open Campus students must have their ID card to scan in for attendance. If a student continues to not have their ID card, they will be removed from OC and scheduled to a study hall. This again is for safety so that we can quickly and accurately update attendance for a large student population.
Thank you!
Student Dropoff & Pick Reminder
Please make sure you are following the drop off & pick procedures attached below. These procedures are designed to maximize our efficiency so students are not late to HR and reduce time spent in the carline. Parents/guardians, please plan accordingly as we are seeing an increase of arrivals close to 7:40am that not a result of a backup in our carline. We have been extremely lenient with adjusting attendance for arrivals at 7:40am. Finally, when picking up students, please do not park in teacher spaces and inform your child to meet you.
Working Papers Information
All students between the ages of 14 and 17 are required by Pennsylvania School Law to secure an Employment certificate, known as "Working Papers," before they may begin to work. Students, who have reached 18, by state law, do not need working papers. Please see the information below on how to obtain this information if you are a BASH student. This information can also be found on our School Counseling webpage under Job Opportunities.
- Working Papers Information can be found at this LINK
- Working Papers Procedures Click Here
- Please contact Ms. Velez, Administrative Assistant in the main office, at JVelez@boyertownasd.org with any questions or concerns regarding Working Papers.
Any questions or concerns, please reach out to your School Counselor!
