Sentral Parent/Caregiver Portal

The Parent Portal is available via desktop or mobile devices and allows parents and caregivers to:

• Receive News Feed information about important events, including emergencies
• Notify and monitor student attendance
• View School Calendar to stay up to date with school events
• Make payments for school fees, excursions and school events
• Place an order with the Canteen and/or Uniform Shop
• Access the latest Glendore Newsletter

and much more .....

• In order to register for the Parent Portal, you will need to follow the steps outlined in the letter or email sent to you.
• This letter/email will contain your 'Sentral Parent/Caregiver Portal Access Code'.
• Whilst the Portal can be accessed via your phone, it is much easier to initially set it up on a laptop or desktop computer.
  
• If you can only access the portal through your mobile phone and are having difficulty registering, please contact the school and someone will help you with the process.

• The Parent Portal App gives you quick and easy access to our Calendar of Events.
• A number will appear next to a particular date if there is an event or payment due that day. Click on that date and details of events will appear on the screen below.

• The portal can be used to notify the school of an absence
• Simply click on the 'Absences' tile on the home page of the app and complete the details
• The school will send absence notifications via the Parent Portal. You will receive the notification on your phone if you have chosen to accept notifications during set up.
• We will continue to SMS Messages for the next few weeks until all parents and caregivers are onboard with the Parent Portal.

Parents and Caregivers can see a summary of their child's attendance via the desktop version of the Parent Portal.

Parents and Caregivers can also resolve unexplained absences using the Portal.
