Third quarter progress report grades are due to be posted by this Monday, February 4th at 8 a.m. No assignment can be dated after February 1st. Progress reports will go home on the 6th.

It’s that time of year again when we begin planning for next school year. If you plan to retire or resign at the end of this school year, please come by and let me know.

4th – 5th grade Teachers – Please locate and update your IPI forms (Intensive Program of Instruction). Record the students’ progress for Period 4 (Progress Report / 3rd Quarter) on the last page of each form. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. McCormick.

CITW Walkthrough Focus – Cues and Questions

If you have a student who is not passing a subject area in your class or who is receiving an N or U in conduct, please make a good faith effort to have a conversation by phone or a conference with the parent. Work collaboratively to develop a plan for improvement for the remainder of the 3rd quarter.
