Summer School Invites
Teams,
Please see the note below from Marilyn. Summer school has been set for July 5 through August 3. It will take place at Camas/Satus and WHS.
We need to have a list of our top 30 most needy students at each grade level. Please have them ranked by need so we can ensure the most needy get top priority.
Greg and Yesica, please join the PLC teams for your input.
Please have your list ready for sharing by the end of the day on Friday the 31st. Please touch base if you need more time. Job openings should be out soon.

Extra Recess, PUP Tickets This Week
The PUP bucket is overflowing. Please talk with your team and schedule extra recess time this week. Teachers need to supervise. Please let the office know so we can find your or the kids if needed.
thank you
All timesheets are do by March 31st.
Lunch PIck-UP
Please take your students directly from the tables or lines at lunch.
*Signaling them and having them walk isn't working well. They are mobbing up rather than moving in orderly lines.
School Supplies
Team,
The district is renewing the practice of buying school supplies for the 23-24 school year.
The intent of this practice is to provide relief to parents. This list is all inclusive. We will not ask parents for any school supply items. Families will be asked to furnish items like backpack and water bottles.
I have attached links to our supply orders for the 22-23 school year.
- Please review these with your team
- make any changes or modifications you see fit
- Update the pricing on items you add or modify
- Let Alejandra and I know when you have completed the task.
- Sooner is better for completion, April 12 is the drop dead day for changes.

SEL Screener
As part of ESSR Funding we will need to complete an SEL screener the 2nd half of April. Details to follow later, FYI for now.
Projected Numbers for 23-24
This may be useful when considering supply orders.
3rd Grade: 102 students rolling up, plan for 115-120
4th Grade: 131 students rolling up, plan for 140-145
5th Grade: 137 students rolling up, plan for 140-145
thanks

RJ Questions
Team,
Reminder to continue to use the RJ cards as we intervene related to student behavior. It keeps us consistent, demonstrates continuity to the students, and gives students a predictable pathway.
(if you need cards please see me)
