Summer Reading Supports!

ARC Bookshelf is available through the Clever Portal. Go to https://clever.com/in/burnetcisd and use your student ID as both the username and password.

Sora Sweet Summer Reads is free to all and available from May 5th through August 20th. There is a list of books for elementary and secondary students. Users will not need a library card, username, or password to access these titles.

Teaching Books is an engaging collection of resources that brings books to life - see attachment and login information below.

Please Note: EpicBooks was shared by some teachers as a reading resource. Epic is designed to be used during the school year. Please utilize one of these other options for at-home summer reading.

Summer Reading Programs

The Bertram Library Summer Reading Program is happening now. The Bertram Library is offering a variety of Summer reading opportunities for students during June and July.

BookIt! is a reading incentive program from Pizza Hut. Parents can enroll their PreK-6th grade children to participate and earn rewards from Pizza Hut.

Please go to www.burnetcisd.net/registration for instructions on registering for the 2021-2022 school year. Thank you to the 216 families that have register or informed us of other plans for next year.

BCISD Offering Free Summer Meals for Children 18 and Younger

Starting June 1st, BCISD is excited to offer FREE Summer Meals for any child 18 years of age or younger. Locations and times are listed below.

No form of identification is required, kids simply show up.
