We are very excited for you all to see our music/band/art show tomorrow! Students have been busy, busy, busy creating artwork, learning their music, and rehearsing. We're happy to be able to continue our tradition of holding our spring concert outside on the field again this year. If you are taking your child/children directly home from the concert, it's very important to remember to check in with your child's teacher before leaving. This is done so we can make certain everyone gets home safely.

Next Friday, in honor of the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 29th, we will be wearing red, white, and blue.

Please note there will be no preschool at PES tomorrow, May 19th, due to preschool parent-teacher conferences.

Another school year is coming to an end, and the library is gathering all materials that have been signed out by students and staff. Parents can help by assisting their children in locating and returning library books to school. Students will not be able to borrow library books after June 2nd. All books are due back to school by June 9th. Thank you for your help and support.

PHIPPSBURG CHILDREN'S PUBLIC SAFETY DAY

Come meet police officers, fire fighters and other community helpers and inspect the police cruiser, fire trucks, and other trucks Saturday, May 20th, from 10AM-1PM at Phippsburg Community Safety Day! It will be located in the Town Hall/Fire Department parking lot, and parking will be at Phippsburg Elementary School. We are leaving our bicycles at home this year. There will be free bicycle helmets given out, car seat fittings, free food and popcorn provided by the Phippsburg Rec Committee and Fire Department, and a police K-9 demonstration at 12PM. While there, be sure to put your name in the raffle; 2 bicycles will be raffled off at the event.
