Lifetouch will be on campus this Wednesday, September 1st to take individual photos. Flyers went home with your child(ren) this week that shared different picture package options that are available for purchase. If you'd like to purchase online, visit mylifetouch.com and use the code EVTQN689C. All in-person learners and staff will have their picture taken that day whether ordering photos or not in order to be included in the yearbook.

**Virtual learners will have an alternate picture day with the same option to purchase photos and be included in the yearbook. Date TBD.

Coppell Cares is pleased to announce that they have received generous donations that will fund the Coppell Cares Weekend Backpack Program (WBPK) for another school year. Families may sign up for this program at any time during the school year. Siblings, living in the same household, are also eligible to participate. If your family would benefit from a weekly snack bag delivery, please complete the following form to sign up:

WBPK deliveries will begin Friday, 9/10/2021. Deliveries will be suspended for Thanksgiving Week, Winter Break, and Spring Break. If you have any questions, please reach out to TCE's counselor, Kelly Matlock, at kmatlock@coppellisd.com.

Our CISD Elementary Curriculum Night is Thursday, September 2nd at 5:00 PM. Your child's current teacher (whether they are a TCE teacher or a teacher at another campus) will send you a Zoom link that you will be able to use to access the virtual Curriculum Night they are hosting. It is a great time for parents to learn more about the concepts their child(ren) will be taught throughout the year and additional supports that are available both at school and at home in order for all of us to be partners in your child(ren)'s education. We look forward to you all joining us that evening.

CISD is offering free breakfast and lunch to all elementary students for the 2021-2022 school year as part of the Seamless Summer Option (SSO) program. Free meals do not apply to CISD middle and high school students, because these schools do not participate in the SSO program. Parents or guardians are still encouraged to continue filling out the Free and Reduced Lunch Application online at www.schoollunchapp.com, because there are additional benefits for being approved for this program.
