Our three winners will be formally recognized by the Board of Education at a meeting on March 12. Thanks to a generous donation from local community member Mr. Mark Holman, our top three winners will also receive cash awards.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of our student participants for their artistic contributions, which in large part reflects the dedication of our design teachers who equip them with the skills and knowledge to create such works of art. The winning design will be showcased prominently during our 150th-anniversary year, leaving an indelible mark on our district's history.

About Transitional Kindergarten: Will your child be turning five between September 2, 2024, and June 2, 2025? Or are you considering keeping your child out of kindergarten for an additional year? Enroll them in TK, an early kindergarten experience for children that allows young learners to grow in an environment tailored to meet their academic and social-emotional needs. It serves as a bridge between preschool and kindergarten and ensures developmentally younger children are ready for kindergarten and beyond. About Kindergarten: The district’s full-day kindergarten program is grounded in developmental research to ensure all students receive strong academic foundational instruction and additional time to participate in enrichment activities. Students have the opportunity to interact with other students during purposeful play, physical education, computer lab, library, music and movement, art, hands-on science, and many other extended lessons. The REACH Foundation’s 12th Annual Shamrock ‘N Run 5K & 2K Event is on Sunday, March 17, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Yorba Regional Park in Anaheim.
