We enjoyed being back in person last week! We had a super fun Friday with Paw Point parties and giving out Valentines. If your child's class earned 45 paw points last semester, they got to come to the cafeteria for a short movie and popcorn. We want to reward great behavior and character around the school. Classes earn paw points in the cafeteria, the hallways, specials...anywhere in the school!
We hope you're enjoying an extra day with your kiddos; this will be the last day off until Spring Break. This semester is already flying by!
The book fair is coming next week! We were supposed to have it during conference week, but there was a scheduling issue on Scholastic's end. We are excited to welcome parents in to the book fair in person finally!
Speaking of in person, we are moving back to face to face conferences. Student-led conferences are March 7-10, and you will be receiving the forms in Tuesday folders asking you to mark two times you could come visit Westwood. Your student will need to be with you as he/she will be telling you about learning, goals, etc.
Westwood has gotten some new paint inside since many of you have been able to visit- check it out during book fair or conference week!
