District Vision and Mission
VISION STATEMENT:
Be a district respected by others as a model of excellence in student achievement.
MISSION STATEMENT:
To prepare our students with exceptional character, knowledge, and skills to thrive in their changing world
From the Principal
From Mr. Soderberg
Hello SCC Families,
Well, we're off and running. Last week we welcomed our class of 2024 to high school with a day of fun, team building, making connections with upperclassmen, and a chance to meet our staff. According to the students, the day was informative, fun, and very worthwhile.
On Wednesday, September 2nd we welcomed all students back to school. While we weren't able to have our traditional assembly, nothing could stop the positive feelings created by being back together in school. The students and staff have been amazing and are doing everything they can to stay healthy so we can stay in school.
We are choosing to move forward with optimism and will continue to display the spirit of togetherness and gratitude. It is clear that the Panther Spirit is alive and well within the hallways of our great school.
As always, I look forward to working with our families, students, and staff to maximize our positive impact on student learning and personal growth. Thank you for your continued support of our schools.
Go Panthers,
Mr. Soderberg
IMPORTANT REMINDER
Wednesday's Schedule
Wednesday Bell Schedule
This year we have created a Wednesday “PLC Day” bell schedule. Professional Learning Communities (PLC’s) are a standard of best practice in education today. They allow groups of educators to collaborate in high-performing teams to improve instruction, examine data, and increase student achievement.
Nearly every Wednesday throughout the year our educators will be engaged in PLC work from 7:30 am - 8:25 am
Wednesday Details
Classes will begin at 8:30 am
Students are encouraged to arrive between 8:10 am and 8:25 am
Students are allowed to arrive prior to 8:10 am if they ride the bus or have a school activity (i.e. practice, jazz band, etc.).
Students who must arrive prior to 8:10 am due to transportation needs will be expected to remain at a table in the commons with not more than 4 students at each table
At 8:25 am students will be required to move to their first-period classroom

Seniors - Transcript Requests
Applying to Colleges?
- Transcripts need to be requested via an official electronic transcript system. At St. Croix Central, we use a program called “Parchment.”
- Clicking on this link will direct you to the Parchment website where you will be able to request official St Croix Central transcripts.
- This process will require you to create an account if you have not already done so.
- There is also a small fee for sending transcripts. However, simply requesting a transcript to view yourself is free of charge, but it will still require that you create an account.
- IMPORTANT: When registering with Parchment, you will need to search for your school. Leave the "Name" field blank, just type in Hammond, WI then Search
See the resources below to help you with the transcript request process.

Health Services
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Good management of your child’s asthma is important to his or her success at school. Clear communication between you, your child, your health care provider, and school staff is the key to managing asthma at school. A written Asthma Action Plan developed by your health care provider and shared with the school will help keep your child safe at school.
If your child has an Asthma Action Plan, please send a copy to the school health office. If your child does not have an Asthma Action Plan, please talk with your health care provider about developing one that can be shared with the school staff. It can be faxed directly to Vicki Dresang-Talapa, High School Health Assistant at fax number: 715-796-5562.
Health forms can be found on the school website.
