HCPS Special Announcement

Effective Monday, January 17, 2022, employees who have been vaccinated, test positive for COVID-19, and must quarantine will be provided five (5) full days of COVID Breakthrough Leave.

• Employees will be eligible for this leave if they have completed their first series of COVID-19 vaccines per the CDC guidelines.

• Proof of vaccination status will be verified through the employee responses provided to the employee vaccine incentive survey.
