- Location: Small Gym
There will be a mandatory Grad rehearsal on June 6th at 10:30am for all students that are participating in the Commencement Ceremonies. The Commencement Ceremonies will take place on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at the Edmonton Convention Centre.
During the rehearsal the Graduates will receive their gowns, caps and stoles, which will be worn during the morning Commencement Ceremony on June 8th. Students will be responsible to bring/wear their cap, gown and stole to the Commencement Ceremony as we will not have any extras to provide at the venue. Also at rehearsal, Graduates will receive a lawn sign to take home to display.
Please note that gowns and stoles are required to be returned following the ceremony in the coat check area in the foyer directly outside halls A&B. The caps and tassels do not need to be returned and can be kept by the graduate as a memento. If the gown and stole are not returned, there will be a charge to your students' school account.
Please look ahead to June 6th to ensure your student has no other commitments during this time. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
