Health/School Nurse Updates...
If anyone in your household is awaiting Covid testing, please do not send your child to shool. Please refer to the School Flow Charts- Should I Report to School document.
- Please remember to let our office know if anyone in your family has been diagnosed with COVID or has come in direct contact with anyone that has tested positive.
- Please continue to do the daily health screening and keep your child home if he/she has any of the symptoms of COVID.
- Below you will find some documents from the Oakland County Health Department to help you with making these decisions. The following documents on the K-12 Education Webpage were updated in December:

What it means...
Perseverance means never giving up. It means going the distance.
Why it matters...
People who persevere don't let setbacks stop them which means they are more likely to reach their goals and be successful. Sometimes it takes great bravery to persevere because one may fail several times on the way to success.
Supporting Literacy at Home- Family Engagement...
- Click here to view a short video sharing authentic ideas for writing at home with your child.
- Our HSE Literacy Team- Mrs. Losey, Mrs. Goodloe, Mrs. Murphree, Mrs. Olsen, Mrs. D'Anna and myself have met to plan for ways to support our famlies in literacy. In order to plan meaningful activities and events that will help you to support your reader at home, we created a very short survey. Please take a moment to complete this survey. We will use this information to plan for ways to inform and engage all of our wonderful parents/guardians who are supporting our young readers at home.
