Canned Food Drive Reward Day
On Thursday during Explore class, students reaped the benefits of their generosity during the food drive. They were rewarded with a movie and popcorn day! Thanks to Julie, Kelsey and Kathy for helping with the popcorn!
Message from CNP
As we draw closer to the end of the first semester, CNP would like to ask you to check your child's lunch balance. Students tend to get to a lower balance or even go over as the semester comes to an end. You can check your child's balance on the Parent Portal. The link has also been included below!
Yearbooks on Sale
Don't miss those special memories! Yearbooks are on sale now! You can visit jostens.com to place an order or use the QR code included here to reach the order site. You will need to choose Collinsville Middle School because the yearbook for 6th, 7th & 8th is combined. There is a back to school special going on right now! The cost is only $25 until December 15th!
Available Resources
As students transition to the 6th Grade Center, we would like to inform our parents of some additional resources that may be helpful throughout the school year.
- The Indian Education program provides free tutoring for all Collinsville students. Our students can ride a bus to Collinsville Middle School on Tuesdays and Thursdays and meet with tutors in the middle school library. The tutoring is from 3:30-4:30 and parents will need to arrange pick up for their student at 4:30, no school transportation is provided for getting students home after tutoring. More information can be obtained by calling 918-371-5779. This service will begin on September 5, 2023.
- We are very excited that students will be able to obtain additional Math support in our Math Lab this year! The lab is open each day during school hours. Students can receive additional support for a particular math lesson, work on basic math skills, or be able to make up math work from being absent. Ms. Julie Struble will be working with the students and will create a schedule for the students to be able to visit her during one of their elective hours. Please call the school office, 918-371-3144, if you have any questions about this resource.
