We hope everyone had a great weekend!
As we move into our final week before Winter Break, we wanted to take an opportunity to wish all of our Students and LVMS Families a Happy and Healthy Holiday Season. We are all looking forward to some much needed rest and relaxation, but are excited for what 2023 will have to bring us!

Highlights from Last Week
STUDENT DRINKS: As a reminder, students are ONLY permitted to have refillable water bottles in the classrooms. Energy Drinks (Monster, Red Bull, etc.), Coffee, Hot Chocolate, and other Specialty Drinks are not permitted in the building during the school day.
HOLIDAY SHOP: Thank you LVMS PTA for hosting the Holiday Shop last week!

LOST AND FOUND: Our Lost & Found bin, found in the front vestibule, is OVERFLOWING! Please check for sweatshirts, jackets, water bottles, lunch boxes, etc. Be aware! Unclaimed items will be donated after Friday, December 23, 2022.
EARLY DISMISSAL SCHEDULE: Friday, December 23rd will be an Early Dismissal Day at LVMS. Please see included Early Dismissal Schedule.
WINTER BREAK: ALL Washington Township Schools will be closed December 26th - January 2nd for Winter Recess. All schools will re-open on Tuesday, January 3rd.

Be on the lookout for high school registration information from West Morris Central High School this month! Online registration directions will be mailed to your home this month from WMCHS. Registration must be completed ELECTRONICALLY by January 27, 2023. Please submit a copy of your student's birth certificate to your student's LVMS homeroom teacher by January 15, 2023.

PTA Events & Information
We are on the search for an interim PTA President (or co-Presidents) and a Co-Treasurer to start in January and serve until the end of this school year. Without these roles filled, upcoming activities like the Spring student assemblies and socials, 8th grade year-end events and Teacher Appreciation Week will not happen.
