Happy Spring & Allergy Season!!!
With the ever changing weather patterns and so many things in blossom, allergies are prevalent.
Here are some helpful tips to minimize symptoms:
- Making sure pillow cases are clean every day.
- Washing hands and face after coming inside from outside.
- Using Johnson & Johnson's No Tears Baby Shampoo- it's very effective as a facial cleanser and in removing dust and particulates around the eyes, without stinging the eyes.
Please be sure to notify the front office of any tardies or absences by calling into school 781-834-5025. Emails may not always be seen in a timely manner, and send in a written note of excuse to the teacher upon return. If the absence was related to an illness or injury and evaluated by any medical professionals- please send in a copy of the Dr's note upon your child's return to school so that we can excuse the absence.
If you have an question or concern about your child's health, or notice any symptoms, please feel free to contact Nurse Mudge prior to sending them into school Health Office phone 781-319-3985
Postural Screenings for Students in Grade 5 will begin in May
Early detection is the best prevention for spinal curvatures. Children's spines should be monitored closely during the ages of 10-14 when there is rapid growth.
If you have any questions about your child's health or any of the school screenings please call Nurse Mudge.
