If you are excluded because of close contact or presenting COVID 19 Symptoms we are trying to keep students current as best we can with school. Here are a couple of things to try to stay current with work and learning, please share with your child (written for students):
Continue to check your course Schoology pages to stay current with what is happening in each class.
Staff will have office hours during Encore time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are in need of extra support in a particular subject area, go to that teacher's virtual office hours to get assistance. Links will be posted on Schoology.
OFFICE HOURS BY GRADE
6th Grade:10:48-11:18
7th Grade: 11:33-12:03
8th Grade: 12:18-12:48
Teacher who teach multiple grade may have a different Encore time
If you do not need additional support or do not have any questions, the requirement is for you to check in with me during Encore so I can double check you are keeping up with your work.
If you are in Band and Choir, one of your teachers will be your immediate contact person.
If for some reason you are unable to check in during Encore, have a parent contact your with confirmation that you are unable to attend.
We will then work to establish a time/procedure to follow up with the information you have missed.
We will be reaching out by email to check in periodically, we expect a response so we know how you are doing and if there is any way we can help.
Reach out to your teachers with any questions you may have.
You may also ask me questions. I will work to answer them or to provide you with the contact information of someone who can.
Addition help will also be available during our homework help time
Operation Warm
Dear Parents,
The Richmond-Spring Grove Area Rotary is again partnering with Operation Warm, a non-profit organization, to provide winter coats to families in need in the Richmond, Spring Grove and Hebron communities.
RSGA Rotary is pleased to provide any members of your household with a brand new winter coat, completely free of charge, as a part of our program.
The following page is a Coat Order form for your family. Please provide the requested information for each person in need of a coat. Only order sizes that are listed on the form. Orders are due no later than September15, 2021. This will ensure we have plenty of time to receive the order before winter weather arrives. Orders can be returned to your child’s school or emailed to RSGAoperationwarm@gmail.com.
Coats will be delivered to your child’s school and distributed by the school social worker.
RSGA Rotary is proud to contribute this service to our community.
WARMest Regards,
Richmond Spring Grove Area Rotary & Operation Warm
