Graduation is fast approaching. The seniors will run through the program several times during the week of May 15th during the school day. On May the 18th at 6:00pm we will have a dress rehearsal at the school. Please make sure that your seniors come with their cap and gown that evening back to the school to practice. We are quickly approaching the end of our school year! It has been an outstanding year at Manara and I wish to take a moment to thank you as parents for all of your support and involvement throughout the school year! You have been amazing partners and we are grateful for each and every one of you!

We have completed the STAAR testing campus wide. There are a few students that need to make up their test this next week. If your scholar missed a day and needs to make up the test that will be this next week.

We have an exciting announcement. Starting next year, we will be adding a PreK 3 class to Irving elementary. Please see the linked announcement from our superintendent.

Not sure what you want your child to do this summer. Make plans for them to spend the month of June with us. Want to register them for summer program? We will have field trips academics and other fun activities for them to do. Click on this link to register

With the last 3weeks of school finally upon us. I want to remind everyone that we close the early pickup 30 minutes before release time in order to allow the front lot to clear in time for the busses to get here.

Monday through Thursday we stop early release at 3:00. On Fridays we stop Early release at 12:45.

I know our Juniors and Seniors are looking forward to going to college this coming fall or a year from this fall. Many Universities have opportunities for students to experience the campus through tours and other events. As we hear of them, we will share the information with you.

One University has reached out and shared about their Senior Year Experience. The University of North Texas has shared some amazing opportunities for our students that are interested in going to UNT. If you would like more details, please here to learn more. Juniors have a Junior day and a Senior day this summer that they can attend in preparation for their Senior year.
