NMS Celebrates Red Ribbon Week Next Week

We will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week from October 23-27, 2023!! Red Ribbon week is a national celebration where students commitment to being drug and alcohol free. It was started in the early 1980's and schools all across the county partake in these activities.


We have themed days scheduled as well as ways for our students to pledge to be substance free. Monday is pajama day. It is a great way for all our students to commit to a healthy lifestyle and habits that will help them to be all they can be.

Mark Your Calendar - Parent/Teacher Conference Days

November 9th and 13th are parent teacher conference days at Norwich Middle School. Students will be dismissed at 11:14 on these days, and a bagged grab and go lunch will be available to all students as they leave the building for the day.


We will be contacting parents to set up conferences that teachers have requested, but if you are interested in setting up a time to meet with the teachers, please call the office at 607-334-1600 x2001.


Conferences will run from noon to 3:00 on these days!!

Fall Fun Day a GREAT Success!!

October 14th we celebrated with the students the start of the school year with a Fall Fun Day. Students participated in activities such as an Obstacle Course, Knockout Basketball, Pizza Box Race, and Trivia. A great time was had by all!!


Special thanks to the parents who volunteered to help make this a success!!

3. They need us to LISTEN to them.

4. Keep your kids busy, but not overloaded.

5. They are figuring out who they see in the mirror.

6. They need our help to be organized!!
